This is a NO SMOKING home, certain pets are allowed, but are limited to one cat, one dog. Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed due to insurance. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is due at signing. Additionally, at signing of lease a $1,500.00 security deposit and the first month of rent in the amount of $1,500.00 will be due. We are looking for a lease of at least one year. Former rent history will be checked to insure timely payments and care of prior rental property. Steady income of at least one year will need to be shown. This is a perfect home for a single person, or a small family. An open house will be held on Saturday, March 21st from 8:30-10:00am for you to walk through the home.
