This is a good & quiet neighborhood in upscale Boardmanville one block from Olean General Hospital and Jim's Park N Shop grocery store, walking distance to a myriad of shopping and restaurants, Tim Hortons. We are less than a mile to the on-ramp of route 86 Expressway and Route 16 north and south.
Unit has a 52" tv monitor w/ remote.

Short term lease agreement. Rent includes all utilities.(gas, electricity, water, high-speed Internet) street parking, use of washer and dryer. We are fully furnished: all furniture, kitchenware, silverware, kitchen, appliances, AC, linens, towels, etc..
Like a hotel, tenant only needs his or her suitcase. We can go to a per diem basis by simple math, dividing the rent.($975/mo by 30 days). Pics available upon request.

    "I just moved out of the city but lived there in my last house for ten years. My neighbors became my friends. We helped each other and looked after each other. Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. Plus, it was convenient to everything - grocery, bank, gym, restaurant, movie and even the liquor store!"

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
