About this House

Country Living in the City! This adorable Colonial is quite unique offering knotty pine walls, oak flooring, and an eat-in Country kitchen! Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a full bath that could use some updating, and a beautiful deck off the master bedroom in which you can enjoy distant views of the Ocean and Twin lights! This house is a great condo alternative as it sits on a small lot with little to maintain! The yard is just enough for a patio set and a grill! 2 car off-street parking, a newer roof and newer hot water tank are all huge pluses! For this price, why rent? Buy this home with as little as 3.5 or 5 percent down!
