FLW Sprite statue by the front walkway and FLW Sprite statue with Sceptre that overlooks the pool both convey with the home as well as the FLW planter. Home has a generator, built-in stereo system on both floors and outside, outdoor shower and hot tub on the extensive deck. New pool pump 2019, new pool liner 2013 and new filter 2018. Pool was installed in 2001 and maintained by Nejame. Many of the furnishings are available. The care and thought that went into making this home special is evident everywhere you look.
