Treadwell Park is just a few minutes away with tennis and basketball courts, two (2) swimming pools, etc.

Excellent Credit, references and income verification is required. Up to 2 cats allowed, no dogs.

There is a centrally located Pellet Stove. If it is used it is a must that Barefoot Super Premium Pellets are the only pellet used. (Purchased at The Trading Post in Newtown. Also, each spring the Stove must be serviced by Marc Stolz. His contact information will be supplied as needed.

Any new renter must have a oil contract with Sippin Energy in Monroe, CT as they are who the landlord has the "Gold" service agreement with.

Renter will be responsible for all services except for Septic tank cleaning, done biennially and the Gold Sippin Energy service contract..

Renter will have Access to the landlords Kayaks and safety equipment but if the renter chooses to use said equipment landlord is in no way responsible for any injury or death.
