Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Bound Brook with an upstairs and downstairs. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and dining room on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a unfinished basement which is great for storage and has the laundry hookup. There is a large driveway and a great yard area for entertainment.

There are separate meters for each apartment therefore tenant pays for utilities. The sewer and trash bill is paid by the landlord.

"it's a very family oriented neighborhood with many places to eat and close to major highways. all my neighbors are very polite and respectful and seem to care about our town. having a child it's important they have good school system which bound Brook seems to have I hope to purchase a home in town in the future."

"I used to live in Bound Brook and plan on relocating back. The south end of the town near Main Street is not not recommended, but the north side of town, especially in Piedmont is fabulous. Beautiful, well-kept homes and wonderful people."
