Townhome located on the corner of East Boyd and Janet - two blocks from the south gates of LSU. There are 10 units in the building - all are two story. The living room, kitchen and dining are downstairs. The bedroom and walk in closet are upstairs. All units have 3 year old dishwashers (or newer) . All units have either ceramic tile floors or hard wood floors - no carpet.

All units have monitored alarm systems. Also, included in the rent is high speed internet and water. The property has cameras to monitor the parking lot . All tenants have assigned parking space

Free washer and dryers are located on the property, but not in the unit. These appliances were purchased in Sept 2023.

It is a no smoking building.

Pets are allowed - dogs have a 300 dollar - one time fee. Cats are 250. If the tenant stays more than one year, they do not have to pay the fee again.

Everyone is assigned one parking spot. There are three additional spots that if someone wants to purchase one, they can. It is 25 per month. (so if a couple lived there, with two cars, please add 25 for an additional car to park) There are cameras in the parking lot.

Also, if a couple lives in the unit, it is an extra 20 per month for the water.

    "This neighborhood is very homey, but good luck turning out on to highland during most parts of the day. The traffic on this stretch of highland is horrible and it is the only way out of the neighborhood. There are also big dogs that run around certain cul-de-sacs freely, which concerned me with children. I did like the fact that lots of people in the neighborhood are active and walk and ride bikes within the neighborhood."
