House is located in a safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood. This is a private security patrolled area with the Villages of Rancho Del Oro Association. There are a lot of parks for children, walking trails, and fitness stations with routes to enjoy the outdoors. Located in the Ivey Ranch Elementary school district.

Front and back yards are low maintenance and drought resistant. Gardener will maintain the palm trees, while the tenant is responsible for watering, and general yard upkeep. Backyard has new succulent plants and a center patio.

House has new laminate flooring in bedrooms, an upgraded farm style stainless steel kitchen sink, recently upgraded oven/stove, new water efficient toilets, new light fixtures and new faucets in the bathrooms.

Refrigerator and washer/dryer not included. These appliances can be added for an additional $150/month.

Master Bedroom has a roman tub, remodeled walk in shower 2 sinks and a walk in closet.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with the final bedroom downstairs attached to a bathroom.

Large Pantry in kitchen to store food.

Large 4.5'x8' projector screen installed on wall. Projector not included.

NO PETS PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Credit and background check is required during application process. Final approval requires verification of 3 personal references.

Due to HOA guidelines and street sweeping rules with the city, street parking is limited. It is recommended that there are no more than 1 auto parked on the street, with 2 autos in the driveway.

Ivey Ranch has the best teachers, administrators and PTO of any school! If you are lucky enough to find a house in here, grab it! "

    "There are numerous problems with Blackhawk Ave in Rancho Del Oro and the HOA can be very difficult to deal with. There is a open attitude of hostility towards certain types of people like renters,gay,jew, and anyone of color. The HOA will open litigation towards renters and homeowners over supposed violations. Heck as my friends were moving in the postal carrier tried to deliver a certified letter with a written complaint on them. They broke the lease and left California sick of this extremely restrictive and foul nature towards as they put it undiserables."
