Room Description

Spacious private bedroom in a well-kept basement suite with its own separate entrance and full kitchen. You'll share the kitchen and bathroom space with just one other guy clean, respectful, and easy to live with. The main house has 3 additional roommates who keep things dialed in upstairs.

The room itself is massive easily fits a king bed, full living/lounge setup, and a workspace. Kitchen has plenty of shelving and storage space. We also have additional storage for everything else you need to store. There's even a shared game room with a poker table and sectional.

6-12 month lease preferred. Code to the entrance door will be provided.
