The location is great! Just off 12th and Lawrence (near Berg's ski shop, Cafe Soriah). House is in alley, and is very quiet. There are 4 studio apts. in the building and another apt. in basement. Building is secure with keyed entryway to main entry. Parking in back and bike rack in front. 13th street goes straight down to U/O campus.

Studio has large windows, with lots of light . Wood floor.

Apt. is on first floor, with approx 5 steps up from street ( window is not at ground level). Staircase divides space between units. Private bathroom with shower. Walk-in closet. Room size is not very large, but is very 'livable'. Vinyl windows in 3 directions.

Rent is $850 plus an additional flat $45/mo. charge that includes hot water, water/sewer, garbage. (extra $60 mo. for 2 people).
You only pay electric usage inside unit, (and cable, internet etc if you chose).

Transportation nearby, easy access to downtown and university. Parking on premises, bike rack and keyed mailbox
