Rent is $ 1,100.00 monthly, plus $25.00 for water and trash. The deposit is $1,000.00, which is a fully refundable security deposit. Pets are $25.00 per month per pet, with owner approval. The pet deposit is $250 and is non-refundable.

All tenants 18 and older are screened for Credit, Eviction, Criminal, and income documentation. The application fee is $45.00 for each adult.Nice, sharp, clean 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit with No carpet and the floors are clean. Good-sized bedrooms with windows and full closets for each. Full bathroom with some storage. Decent-sized kitchen with a newer electric range and refrigerator. AC unit so you can keep it cool and comfortable.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
