This room is unfurnished. The shared space would be the Living room, bathroom, kitchen, Laundry room and backyard. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Street parking is not an issue. The 2 other rooms are currently being rented out by 2 other females. We are looking for a 3rd roommate preferably in her 20s or early 30s who is clean, quiet, and easy to get along with.     "I have lived here 16 years. It’s quiet and we do have a lot of walkers in the mornings and evenings which is nice. There are still a few rough houses but most people are maintaining and improving their vehicles. We do see an occasional person parking on their grass but almost everyone has 2-3 vehicles and is responsible and respectful of others. We do have a mail thief but I bought a locking mailbox so no worries there."

I’ve never taken the city bus and might be a little frightened at first as I’ve seen some questionable people on the bus. I have taken the train and that seems pretty safe to me but you never know.
