Small, well-kept house in mid-Springfield. It's just been fully repainted (inside and out), has new appliances, and is tucked up on a hillside surrounded by trees -- in town but with a very private, peaceful feel. The yard is small, includes a little pond, and yard care is covered in the rent.

The home is technically a 3-bedroom (one is on the smaller side about 8'x8'), with one off-street parking space, an open kitchen/living room, and a spacious laundry/utility area. Garbage and recycling are included. Yard is fully fenced and open to a smell pet. There is no garage.

Garbage, recycling, yard care, and pest control included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electric paid directly via SUB. The water is split with neighbor "duplex" and billed monthly based on use.

6month or 1 year lease, depending on when original lease begins.

Move in costs are first month rent ($1,895) and deposit ($3,500).

A credit report and background check will be done on applicants with complete application as part of the application process.     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
