Fully furnished includes all linens, kitchen, and bath items. The quiet and airy bedroom is spacious with a large closet space and a sitting area. You will sleep well on king sized bed with new mattress, duvet and 600 thread count bedding.

You can relax in either the living room with a large 55" inch Samsung television, or on your own private patio underneath a large fragrant magnolia tree. With internet access included you can stream shows.

This granny flat is the lower level of an iconic 1965 Mid-Century Modern home. Special design features include exposed brick, indoor built-in planters, large sliding glass doors and high ceilings. The guest house is privately located on a quiet one-half acre property set high on a hill. Mapquest shows you can be on the Interstate 5 freeway in two minutes, at Carlsbad State Beach in three minutes, downtown Carlsbad in five minutes, and the Carlsbad Outlet Mall in six minutes. Grocery and pharmacy are less than one mile away.
