Description

The Tide features charming apartments just a short drive away from historic downtown St. Charles. Enjoy all the curb appeal of a warm hidden gem of a community, with easy access to shopping and dining on Main Street. There is convenient highway access to MO-370, and there are also stores nearby the property for quick access to essential household needs.

Our lovely units offer appliances, blinds, carpeting, and ceiling fans. The Tide features one bed, two bed, and three bed units. There are a variety of options you can explore at affordable prices. Some of the townhome units also feature outdoor patios. All tenants are able to take advantage of the community pool, located conveniently behind the leasing office. Additionally, there is a business center available for all residents during normal business hours. Onsite laundry facilities are available in the leasing office and across the street from the leasing office.

Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electric, gas and internet. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee.

Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, pet rent is $25/month, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month.

All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian.     "Everyone here has a dog, maybe multiple! The dog park is nice, and friendly and the apartment complexes are mostly pet friendly. We have a dog who loves to walk around the neighborhood and we always pass others with dogs. Not everyone picks up poop but there is a ton of doggie stations for bags! Personally we were inspired to get a dog because so many people had one here already and we wanted to join in on the fun! Main Street is pet friendly too and the Katy trail is a great path for dogs. "
