About this House

If you like turn of the century homes with their own personality and uniqueness, then you must see this home. The previous and present owners have preserve most of its original features and components. It is just outside of the Ontario Historical District which gives you the option to preserve its original facade or modify it as you wish. Per public records, the total living space of this home is about 2,610 square feet. The main living area is 1,810 square feet and the basement (with its own fireplace and entrance) is about 800 square feet. This basement is the dream come true man cave for someone that likes some quiet private space to unwind after a hard day of work. The sellers will include the pool table and piano in the basement if so wanted by the buyers. The home offers 2 good sized bedrooms with a 3/4 bathroom, a wood fireplace in the living room, built in book shelves, crown moulding throughout, refinished hardwood flooring, big windows that allow plenty of natural light in, and a side to side front porch that is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen was partially remodeled not too long ago with new stainless steel sink, cabinets and counter tops. There is 2-car detached garage with a newer automatic door opener and an EV charger that will be included with the house. The sellers turned their landscaping into an organic garden where they grow their own fruits and vegetables. Like I said before, this house is so unique in its own way from the usual track homes in the area. Come and appreciate it. BUY it before it's GONE!!!

"Very friendly neighbors but also respect personal space. "
  • Lori L
"I use my car so I don’t have to take public transportation, but I do feel like things are pretty close by to walk. Traffic can be a little crazy especially in certain streets also because of new builds going up a lot lately and of course in the freeway. "
  • Viviana Clarke
"We have a new baseball field. There are fireworks twice a week. There’s also a homeschool convention every year. "
  • Mrswilson2b2013
"Love all the dog parks and walkable spaces in the neighborhood very dog friendly clean and well kept "
  • Jacqueline cardenas
"We live by the freeway everything is so close by we love it! This is def a city I would look into purchasing in the future."
  • Lords Cuzbiz
"You need to enroll your kids in private school. We have more then ten options in our area. We are close to many grocery stores and food options are near as well "
  • Mrswilson2b2013

  • Christine
"Some dog owners are negligent and allow their dogs to run loose onto the street and they are not all friendly. Some dog owners around the area are very irresponsible."
  • Yani.
"Everything is far. Construction will slow down traffic often. You need a big car when driving next to all the big rigs. "
  • Yasmeen H.
"Everything is HOA. most streets are maintained by HOA's, not by the city. This is a commuter town. You will have to travel far for everything. It's still new and forming its identity. Lots of young families, and lots of dogs. "
  • Emily Dom
"Quite calm very spacious neighborhood. A lot of stores plenty of parking if you don’t like near Apartments . "
  • Nqfc8q47fj
"It’s a great location and location is great. Location three times for the win! You’ll love it here. "
  • Reubenjimenez

"Great place for dog ownership. Lots of parks and pet stations with bags and poop bag disposal. I enjoy walking my dog around our area. "

  • Stanley Wilson
"The people in the neighborhood are friendly and kind. It’s very quiet and you’re able to relax. In the community everyone obeys the rules "
  • Bw
"Most of the neighbors have dogs, and everyone takes the initiative to keep the community clean. Since moving here, the neighbors I have met have been very friendly."
  • Squirgbusiness
"Good stuff lots of unique holes in the wall you can find! I recommend you visit the shopping centers"
  • Luz S.
"I’ve live in this area for more than 3 years, I love this area because is It is a quiet area, and excellent for raising children because of how safe it is, good schools and good people."
  • Armando G.
"We were residents in North Ontario for a little over two years. We moved there during the pandemic so streets were calm and quiet since schools were not in session at the time. This is definitely not the case anymore. Lots of street racing and impatient, reckless drivers on the roads here. Good luck trying to navigate your way around the city during certain hours of the day as school traffic is horrendous. There seems to be a school on every block. This city doesn’t offer many decent grocery stores or restaurants either. We did all our shopping or dining in other surrounding areas. The extreme heat, high electricity bills, constant traffic and wild winds is what finally did it for us. Overall not a great place to live."
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is not for families. It a industrial location with almost no close family locations. Taco stands on the street always setting up. Train tracks running 24/7 and airplanes flying overhead constantly. "
  • Clearity1992
"good and have fun with the family and friends.the people live here and we can talk about the rest of the week. "
  • Andrew H.
"Area is nice there are a lot of families with children and the neighbors all seem to know each other "
  • Javalos1002
"Lots of checkpoints on weekends. Police patrol through the area frequently on holidays as well. The area is safe "
  • Reuben J.
"We have holiday parades for Independence Day and Christmas. A lot of neighborhoods decorate with lights for Christmas. "
  • Michelle W.
"Not too sure but there’s a lot of stuff in the town square and up and down Euclid most summers. Also, there are a lot of town meetings which is nice "
  • Alicia J.
"Ontario puts on a really cool summer concert series and they have a beautiful library. they also have plenty of recreation centers and parks."
  • Mariaferrer1969
"We have car shows quite often throughout the city. We have a lot of participation in children’s sports."
  • Maira G.
"We look out for each others house including mail. We invite each other for BBQs parties. We support each other by giving any news to each other that happen in our neighborhood. We always keep in contact with the city of any new events going on in our neighborhood. "
  • Desquivel72
"Ontario is a nice and safe place to live. South Ontario has a great school district. There are new neighborhoods being built. "
  • Desquivel72
"Ontario has great access to the 60 fwy and the 10 fwy. Major fwys are all near by. The 15, 210 and the 71. "
  • Johnny.myra
"Not bad, close to freeway and most popular stores. Can’t complain. Traffic is getting heavier though as they’re building a lot more homes in my area. "
  • Ayanna D.
"I work from home. But there is so much around that is easily accessible. Not really a fan of HOA no privacy and too many nosy neighbors. "
