A locked mailbox, able to hold small delivery packages, is located on Commonwealth Ave. Appliances include: dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, 30" 4-top gas-burner stove, built-in microwave, stackable washer/dryer, split heater/air conditioner.

Tenant has a shaded front yard under an avocado tree with space for a bistro table, BBQ or to start your own garden boxes. Enjoy walking downtown to local coffee shops, hair salons, yoga or eateries- a few of our favorites include Night Owl, Let it Brie, Stubriks and Roscoe's. All of these are within an easy 5-10 minute jaunt.
