Outside, enjoy designated driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles and a shared yard and garden. House-trained pets are welcome (leash required outdoors).

Located on Old Clyde Rd in Clyde, outside the flood zone, the home is minutes from downtown Clyde and Canton, 10 minutes to Waynesville, and 30 minutes to Asheville. Nearby grocery options include Food Lion and Ingles, with Walmart and Lowe's within 10 minutes.

No smoking allowed

1 year lease preferred, 6 month lease is also available.

House trained pets are allowed, non size or breed discriminatory. There is a $250 per pet fee that is fully refundable if no pet damage was caused by the time you move out.
