This adorable turn of the century Spanish style home is a unicorn. Just a few blocks from great grocery stores and public transportation; many bus routes to Downtown LB/ CSULB/ Belmonte Shore. The hom's exterior was just painted and brand new awnings have been added. A newer roof holds the solar electric system. There are vaulted ceilings in back bedroom sections of home. Newly tiled shower, new electric wiring w/fire coded window upgrading, hardwood flooring, very new vinyl floor planking in most of the home. There is a bathroom with Jack and Jill access using barn doors. The front smaller bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. The following amenities are included for your use include GD/Ref-F/Gas Stove/Oven, MW, DW, W/D in house w a large linen closet, 1 window air conditioner, 5 new ceiling fans W/LED Lighting- Front and back porch with motion detection lighting. Back yard table W/umbrella. Most utilities paid, but capped. Security Doors on front and back doors with motion lighting, Vivint Doorbell camera with police alarm system on doors and windows security for your use. Possible internet could be included. Garage not included but could be partially shared. Although, you would pay as much as $250. No use no charge. Yard Service is included other amenities too.

Lease is for 1 year, it may not be subleased to anyone without written request and approval by owner. No extended visitors without owners permission and a fee/rent increase could be applied by owner. The one year lease will transition to a month to month lease after the first year. The Tennant/s of record will give a written 30 day advance notice and it must be given before terminating the lease. No tobacco smoking is allowed in the house or backyard. Utilities are included as a base amount depending on the utility usage. Gas, water, trash, recycling, and organic materials will be separated in appropriate receptacles. waste bases and gas water will be described and put in lease at the time it is signed. Electric is separate bill and will be described by the base depending on kilowatt hours and time used, it is used for the over all cost and all could fluctuate with rate increases. The home has solar panels. FIOS internet is available within reason. There is Yard Service included, as well as regular exterminator service. If there are any problems the Tennant/s must report to the landlord right away. The Tennant/s will leave the house clean with only normal acceptable wear when lease ends. Visitor over 3 days may cause rent increase. The tenant will keep the home in safe and clean heathy operating environment. If you have a dog/s there is a non refundable cleaning deposit.

    "it’s nice like any other place that has the ups and down however, for the most part, people are friendly and neighborly. Issue is that some houses and apartment are oversaturated with tenant which causes a decrease of actual parking space on the street so parking is horrible. Worse than a lot of parts in LA."

    "There are many families in our neighborhood often walking with their kids in strollers, bikes and walking their pets too. There are two parks walking distance from here. You do have to be cautious though because there are also homeless people roaming sometimes and they set up tents on Anaheim, just always be aware of your surroundings. "
