We have the Santa Monica mountains as our backyard, hence rent is high. Also, there has been a break-in on our street :/ Other than that...great street parking, friendly neighbors, and pet friendly area."

    "I drive 30 miles each way. I leave my home before 5am to avoid the heavy traffic. At that time traffic is very light. In the afternoon I try to leave the office at 2:30. Every minute after that seems to add 5 minutes to the drive. Stressful. "
