Beautiful Townhome located on the south Draper bench. Large deck with great views. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. Kitchen has dishwasher and bottom freezer/french door fridge, Flat surface stove top. Living room in the walkout basement could be used for a 3rd bedroom(3rd bathroom in basement as well). Utility room in the basement is finished and contains the washer/dryer hookup along with room for storage. HOA fee is paid by the landlord and includes snow removal, yard maintenance(including sprinklers), and garbage. Landlord also pays sewer and water bill. Energy bills are relatively low due to the townhome being a middle unit.

Rentability Report/Background check will be requested by owner after initial application review at the expense of the applicant. All adults living in the unit must complete rentability report/background check. Proof of income will be required.
