Tucked away in the mountains of Morgan County, 12 mins from world class skiing and only 15 minutes up the canyon from shopping and dining in Weber or Davis counties. Our community does not have traffic lights or traffic unless you consider the occasional tractor or sheep herd.

Relax, connect with your family or come home from a day skiing to this charming family home. Our home is a rambler boasting a very large kitchen/great room combination, renting 4 of 6 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces a second living room and another basement family room. Also, a beautiful mature yard, secluded from other homes with a nice patio and gas fire pit under the lights of a gazebo and a very large sand pit play ground with a second fire pit and half basketball court. Mountain Green is a small, safe bedroom community that sits in the valley below the slopes of Snowbasin Ski Resort. It has majestic mountain views, fresh air and beautiful night skies full of stars along with a laid back lifestyle.

We want our home for family's/couples that want a clean, safe and warm place to lay their heads after a long day out. Rental period is flexible starting November 1st through May or there about. Sorry no parties, smoking, vaping or pets allowed; no exceptions.

The SLC International Airport is a quick 35 to 40 minute drive.
Within 12 minutes you can be skiing on the "greatest snow on earth" at Snowbasin Ski Resort, the home of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Or within 50 mins you can choose from over a dozen world class ski resorts including Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Alta, Snowbird, Sundance, Solitude, Brighton, Powder Mountain.

A short 10 minute drive east will take you into the small, "step back in time" town of Morgan City. There you'll find the post office, a small grocery store, hardware store and other small businesses. Farmington Station outdoor shopping is only a 20 minute drive away. It provides fun shopping with both the regular and discount stores like Nordstrom Rack, Lululemon, Apple, Nike, Build A Bear, Carhart, Hope Ave, Tilleys, REI, Buckle, Forever 21, H&M and many more. It also has a large Megaplex movie theater, ice skating and many restaurants to pick from. Park City and Ogden has great shopping and restaurants also.
