Cross streets are Linda and Winchester in Apache Junction. 1/2 mile to Fry's and local fast food and Central Arizona College. Unit is a 4 plex with great tenants, quiet and respectful, looking for same.

Lease is 12 months, tenant pays electric and trash, landlord pays water and sewer, pets are ok on approval with $300.00 non-refundable deposit.

    "Quick freeway but daily accidents between signalbutte and ironwood. Broadway is calmer but Mesa has aging streets and building. Not many upgrades. Today I passed a sign that says “we buy meth houses” so the neighborhood is headed the wrong direction "

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
