Our home is located in Marlborough Park Estates, a beautiful community right on the border of South Scottsdale and North Tempe. This 2 story home is a 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom with a swimming pool. It is nicely updated throughout & comes with landscaping & pool maintenance included in the rent price. This home features 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms (including the Primary Suite) on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood includes many grass park areas as well as a secured lot for boats/RV's.

Renters are responsible for all standard utilities (Electric, Water, Gas etc..). Landscaping and Pool maintenance is covered by the landlord. We prefer a 1-year lease term or longer. If you are a college student(s), & your parents are the ones who will be paying the rent we do require that they are also on the lease as well.
