Enjoy gas appliances and an on-demand tankless water heater, which supplies endless hot water! This home has ten main windows, all of which have matching window coverings. This property was a new build in 2011 and is in excellent condition with a clean kitchen and laundry appliances. A new overhead microwave was installed in 2019, a new dishwasher in 2021, and a new washer/dryer set in 2022 as it is my personal philosophy to keep appliances up-to-date and in good condition.

Power Ranch is a wonderful, clean community to live in. There are many community amenities such as pools, lakes/fishing, walking trails, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, etc. The neighborhood is convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and gym facilities. The San Tan Mall is only about three miles away. There are many excellent schools nearby including elementary, secondary, and trade schools. ASU's Polytech campus is extremely close and Chandler Gilbert Community College is just a ten minute drive away.
