Brand new black six-piece sleigh king sized bed and corresponding set in master bedroom with high-end pillow-top mattress. Secondary bedroom also outfitted with all new sheets, linens, towels 800-thread count sheets on queen-sized bed.

Sitting room area has a new small pub style small bar and stools with ironwork in window area excellent for getting some evening work done on a laptop or having a morning coffee.

Kitchen outfitted with all the essentials from pots and pans to wine glasses and towels. Microwave, Kerig coffee maker and other standard amenities.

Main living area has a new cream tufted upholstered couch with nail head trim, accompanied by an olive green chair and a half and ottoman, world market accessories including a stylish three arched lamp, carved side table and shabby sheek distressed iron trunk coffee table. Brand new 50-inch flatscreen smart tvs to bring your Netflix/Hulu etc along with you.

Full cable and Internet/WiFi/TV package included - 75 channels

Cost structure is variable based on length of stay, current demand, season, number of occupants, and number and size of pets.
$2,000 monthly is base monthly price with one-two occupants, no pets and a 4+ month stay. Please inquire for additional price points.

Pictured here is one of our seven corporate housing locations. All of them offer two-bedrooms and between 900 and 1,100 square feet, with a few units offering a second 1/2 half bathroom off the master.

Cable television package, WiFi, 50" flat screen, full furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, lawn service, full private laundry, all utilities included. Bill consolidation included. Price above reflects a 4-month or longer stay with no pets and two or less tenants. Variable pricing, request quote for your unique timeline, number of pets, family members, etc. Pricing is typically within $250 of the listed price above.

During the month of September two of our 2-bedroom 1,100 square foot apartments become available. The lower unit will be completely renovated with brand new flooring and paint throughout every inch. Old Appleton black and white images adorn the walls with a welcoming navy blue and white master bedroom (Appleton river shipyard theme), sliver charm grey secondary (the artistic side of the city) and lovely distressed barnwood new laminate flooring throughout entire unit. All of the apartments are laid out similarly with many common design touches from one to the next. Each also has a fireplace to keep you toasty during the Wisconsin winters. Renovations underway, pictures coming soon!

The upstairs unit coming available during that same mid-late September timeline offers the same layout with the addition of an extra 1/2 bathroom off the master.

The additional two apartment units become available in early October and the last in mid-November. These last two also will be fully renovated and also have a secondary half bath. If you book far enough in advance we can also plan for your number of beds as we are freshly furnishing. Typical layout will be King in master and Queen in secondary, but we may do a bunkbed in one secondary in one unit if requested.
