Designed and built by me with green in mind, centrally located away from the crowds. The home is a U-shape and sits on 2 acres, with 3 distinct sections, the south end in the main house, the west is the guest house, and the north is the guest section where your room is located. Built of solid concrete including the roof, with energy efficient windows and solar heated pool.

The guestroom has two private entrances and opens to a 1600' covered lanai overlooking the enclosed tropical garden and pool. Just outside the room is the outdoor living and dining area where you can enjoy breakfast. There is a laundry facility along with a stove top and your private frig with cabinets for your groceries.

No Pet! I have 3 dogs, but they are not allowed in the courtyard or pool area where your room is located. They have 2 acres outside where they can run around and protect the property.
