The house has a small portion of the front yard fenced in. When you enter the front door, first you are in the living room. To the right is the first bedroom with a closet. Next is the dining room which is about the same size as the living room. To the right is the second bedroom with a closet. Next is the kitchen with lots of cabinet space, the cabinets go to the ceiling. To the right is the 3rd bedroom which has two Smaller closets. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Next is a hallway leading to the basement and attached garage. There is some additional space in the garage for storage.
House has a large open porch, with large mature trees on a small lot. The house also has a small back yard which is fairly private with a fence on one side, the house on two sides, and an open area leading to the yard of the house next door.
House has central AC, an attached, garage, and a small fenced in yard area.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Pet deposit is $750 plus $25 per animal added to monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
