"Trick or treating. Everyone looks out for each other. The people here are normal very friendly and respectful including the kids and teens. There’s local food and drinks nearby by. We are very close to many stores to get all of your needs met"
  • Sue.norwood51
"Easy commute to the city and towns. Close an interstate, shopping, and 2 hospitals. Three Interstates intersect within 15 miles allowing travel to the north, south, east and west."
  • Cornelius D.
"Great and peaceful place to raise a family. The neighborhood is filled with many attractions. "
  • Tiffannie V.
"We have Garage sales in our neighborhood and Shiloh homecoming during the fall. This is a great celebration"
  • Carlton R.
"My commute is very short, 25 minutes eta. The distance from my house to the city of St. Louis is very short over all. "
  • Tonisha M.
"I would be careful allowing your children to walk around or play outside. One thing I can say is the drivers out here do speed in these neighborhood streets like it’s the highway. "
  • ChaStity A.
"The commute to travel anywhere outside of shiloh using public transportation is terrible. Public transportaion is very limited due to the fact of poorly made time schedules the buses run on which is only allowed to run every two to three hours and not to mention holiday schedules not only has this becoome a pain but you cant even rely on public transportation to get you close to home after a long days work, due to the ending of early time schedules. To live in the neighborhood is absolutely wonderful but to travel to work, grocercy stores, doctors app, and to have to take care of any type of business concern you can not count on public transportaion in this area. "

  • Claudie C.
"You basically will need a car because public transportation is not available after 7pm during the week. And you don’t get a bus on Sunday the nearest metro link is a hour or more walking."
  • Terrell W.
"We have little events that are fun for the community. Sometimes potlucks and cookouts. Holidays are always a good time to live here as there is always something fun to do."
  • Lisa B.
"Safe, friendly place to raise a family. The schools are great. Our superintendent, principal’s and teachers are wonderful. We have many great church options with kids church too. "
  • Krheckert
"Yes. It’s very Dog friendly and we even have a dog park. All the dogs are nice and their owners too. Ofallon the next town over has very many dog days and dogs events. It’s very nice to have your pets welcome in the community."
