In the evenings, you can fire up the grill and engage in friendly outdoor games for some lively competition.

Right next to the property, you can find gated pool and hot-tub, available year-round from 5:00am until midnight. The gated pool and hot tub area is community shared space, however, it is never busy. The pool is not heated.

You also have access to one car garage. In the garage, you can find the washer & dryer, as well as a level 2 EV charger at 32Amp that should add 20-25 miles of range per hour over night.
