We do allow up to two pets with a one time fee of $250.

We require a completed application that includes a credit and background check before you can see the property. Once that is done we will contact you for a showing or approval. A minimum 600 credit score and gross monthly income 3 times the rent is needed for approval. We will also need a current landlord reference with no previous evictions as well as a security deposit of $1750 and first month's rent of $1750 due prior to move in.

Renter is responsible for gas, water, and electricity, as well as yard maintenance.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.
Lease is for 1 year, with month to month possible after the first year is completed
Security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. Up to 2 pets allowed.
