"The subdivision is named after the Lonesome Dove book/show. There are many stores nearby and within walking distance which makes it very convenient for the kids."
  • Wlogan
"Normal, but more busy since 2010, lot people moving in and with new stores more traffic moving here "
  • Wlogan
"The schools are close and lot medical offices and not as bad as other areas people know they are , I like my area in killeen , no complaints "
  • Adrain J.
"My wife and I use to live here. It was her first duty station and my second duty station. The area has grown so much since we lived there, but we have friends and family who reside in this neighborhood and the surrounding area. We have heard nothing but positive things about friendly neighbors who look out for one another. There are many places to dine or grocery shop, but you will need your own transportation since public transportation is not available in this neighborhood community, but down town Killeen. "
