There's a barbeque in the backyard on a pleasant covered deck with a patio table, lighting, and ceiling fan. The front yard has multiple decks for bird watching and enjoying the space. The yard is spacious with parking for multiple vehicles, tons of storage, and is great for entertaining. Covered parking is under a large metal carport. The garage isn't for parking vehicles but has plenty of storage, tools, and hardware for your projects. Iincluded are 2 TVs and 1 computer monitor. Xfinity serves the neighborhood but tenant is responsible for setting up internet/cable if desired.

There are various construction projects underway to prepare this space for you. The bathroom is being remodeled with new flooring, toilet, paint, tile, and refurbished cabinets and bath. New extra large deck in front yard. All new paint throughout the house. Note that pictures show furniture that will remain, but also owner's personal items that will be removed, notably the grand piano in the living room.
