4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm aware there are good schools and bad schools but what I know about Gordon HS is revolting to see how people are putting it down. If your child is lazy and does not want to do, the teachers will be annoyed and frustrated. My son has been attending Gordon and is graduating this year. He is an honor student, has about 12 college credits, is in the medical magnet where he's taking EMT certification while staying on the principal honor list. He's been accepted by 5 colleges with scholarship for some in the $16,000/each. When there are parent meetings, you do not see the parents of the students who are struggling.Parent Review9y ago - School 9

"It’s a combination of urban and suburban mixed in one. There is a racial mix as well which helps with young people understanding different cultures. It’s an overall good community that needs to improve its school system, but has potential. "
