About this House
This property was completely remodeled in 2020 by Character Builders, with all finishes, electrical, insulation, and appliances updated at that time. The home features a beautiful ILVE range, a Bosch dishwasher (installed in 2025), a Samsung washer and dryer, a GE refrigerator, and a mini-split system upstairs. Additional features include an electric heat pump, forced-air heating, and solar panels.
The house features a main level with access to the back yard via the deck, the living room, kitchen, laundry, a bedroom, and bathroom. Upstairs is a large room, currently used as the Master, a master bath, and a small room that also could be used as a bedroom. The lower level is a basement with natural light.
The backyard offers a spacious deck with a shade sail and a storage shed, both built in 2025. Three raised garden beds are surrounded by thoughtfully designed landscaping that blends grass with xeriscaping. Parking is available on the street.
