My daughter's have attended this school for 4 years, we absolutely are in love with the staff and the schools academics. Mrs Franchette is the priciple and is the best one ive ever met. Very friendly and professional and fun for the kids. Really genuinely love people. My children have always meet academic excellence and when they did struggle they have programs and teachers to specialize in that area to help them.

No training whatsoever with kids who have autism this school called social services on us for our 3 year old who is diagnosed level 3 autism and told them she has behavioral issues and she’s always dirty she’s a child a child with sensory issues a child who won’t keep shoes on a child yall physically called on for one when we moved here from Cleveland we handled documentation after documentation and then when they reported me and my wife they didn’t even give our right names yall are a school and have the birth certificate and couldn’t even get my name right yall seen my kid once a week for a hr twice so please explain how u kno my child and to tell social services a special needs child has behavior issues rude awakening she’s on the spectrum that comes with it but to totally degrade me as a parent lucky I had dr visit paper trails on top of the dss worker saying it was this school and not the first time report have been targeting parents with kids with needs tells me it was the school and they didn’t even understand because nothing they said was true if my child was not taking care of why did she go to the dr for these very reason we have our paper trail and I physically did not let my child receive services thru this school we are back in a autism school with people who understand her needs provide intensive therapy not just seeing my kid a hr a day …. Yall are no help get your staff trained and what’s even crazier is I work for the board of disability in Cleveland Ohio moved my family down just to have to move back because yall couldn’t meet my child’s needs yall are so under trained and not there to understand a kid and their individual issue but quick to call and blame a parent I do not recommend this school

Many of the students look like they don’t want to be here. I don’t blame them! Many of the students are mean and don't care about their academics at all. The environment is really toxic! Some teachers are nice and really care about the students. Others seem like they don't know how to teach. Many of my peers almost failed a class all because a teacher couldn't explain what they were teaching. Some teachers aren't even in the school and instead are online. Late busses are very common so be sure you have a ride to get home. Even though the principal makes very reasonable points and is trying to make things better, the school is very chaotic. Nothing is stable. As long as you ignore all the mean kids and surround yourself with students who like you the way you are, you will survive this school until senior year. If you’re about to be a freshman, I feel sorry for you. After I graduate, I will be sure to get rid of everything that has to do with this district.
