"Due to the university most of the people are renters. Because of the farmers market there does tend to be quite a bit of people walking to and from the store, however, miraculously I haven’t had a package stolen (knock on wood)! Overall it’s a good neighborhood and the neighbors that aren’t renters are super friendly."

"Don't see dog owners walking there dogs. There are no dog parks around ether. I would keep my dog in the house if I had to live on this side of town."

"There are many transients in the neighborhood that pour into the side streets from San Mateo and central. The further you are from this intersection the better"
