Gas, Electric, & City Services (added as a $200 flat fee to monthly rent)

Internet: Apartment is wired to for cable internet - Spectrum Cable Internet.

1 Year Lease: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out.
6 month lease available for an additional fee upon move in. (50% of 1 month's rent + $25/month additional rent). Shorter term may be available for additional charges.
Charges paid by tenant at lease signing: Security Deposit, Lease up fee $125.
Charges paid by tenant at move in: Rent charge (pro-rated from move in date to end of month).

No Smoking
1 Cat may be allowed at 50/month + 250 pet deposit.

    "I fortunately live two blocks away from work, so my commute is very short, and I’ve discovered a way to go around a back way so I don’t have to stop at too many stop signs. There’s a few points where the dips in the road cause an annoying slowing of traffic, but a two minute drive to work isn’t something you can beat. "

    "We live on a busy intersection with lots of local character. I like it here but not enough to stay long term"

    "Would never live in this area. While there is a walking trail, the amount of dogs roaming free make it impossible to take a walk or walk your dog without having to be on high alert. This main road is a free for all on all the industrial area and trucks run up and down this road starting at 6:00 am. This area might be ok for a single person but probably not families or retirees."
