About this House

Beautiful, private, unique and furnished Studio, with lots of light and storage in the heart of west side Petaluma. Located on a very quiet street, four blocks from downtown and four blocks in the other direction to open space. This unit was built in 2015 and is modern and very unique. Owner and two dogs live on the property about half the time. You should be comfortable around dogs, though once they get to know you, they will be very friendly. The last person to stay here intended to stay for 3 months and he liked it so much he stayed for 3 years.

Because of flakey people, if you are seriously interested, you will need to submit a Zillow application prior.

The unit comes furnished with all utilities included. There is high speed wifi available. One set of linens and towels will be provided.
