Personally I would buy 4 or 5 dwarf goats or sheep for grass eating pets and fence off a great garden. I will not rent the home with a yard that big without a commitment that the tenant will hire it out and pay for the lawn-mans by-monthly service. With traffic that time doubles, but I have the option of either taking the highway or one of several local routes into the city. It’s convenient to have so many options to try beating traffic."
