"It’s the dirty side of town, a lot of drugs and thieves. High rents for very low end housing. Prowlers abound after dark, can’t sit on your porch after dark. Many bicycle riders with NO reflectors or lights riding on and off the streets, be careful. Stolen property always for sale on the streets here. "

"This area is the hood, plenty drug dealings , break ins, vandalism, very loud banging music all hours thru night into sunrise from cars n apartments - homes. "
