In the basement is a washer, dryer, and laundry tub.

Internet service and garbage/recycling service are included. Any additional services for TV or phone are not included.

Utilities are not included. These are electric, gas, and water.

Leasing is for 12 months.

1) Leasing is subject to credit, income verification, and criminal background checks on all tenants 18 or older. Co-signers are required if income requirements are not met.
2) All tenants and co-signers must e-sign a lease and agree to all rules and regulations.
