A Californian beach community with horses and wine country within a small metropolitan city oasis.Santa Barbara is 11/2 hour drive from Los Angeles with the Santa Yney valley and mountains as a back drop to the city and beaches.
One of the most beautiful areas of the California coast with all amenities easily accessible such as horseback riding, biking,beaching, wine tasting,shopping, restaurant dining, golfing, etc.

We are located in a rural oasis in the 5 mins drive to downtown and 15 mins bike ride to the beach. This area has great bike paths, access to highways, and local shopping within walking.

This property

This rental is a short term vacation rental, not long term which is full furnished airbnb styled. It offers a serene furnished 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The Classic front porch looks out to the vegetable garden, fruit trees and honey bees next to the corrals is front yard. With horse facilities but not included.
A caretaker lives most of the time on premises. The frontyard is shared space with other tenants.
Through the screened front door is a serene 2bd/1b house with beautiful retro kitchen and
Amazing backyard with the lanai ,outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi and pool which is very private and fenced in. Pool not heated and no animals live presently on property.
