    "Neighborhood is very well maintained with mature landscaping, friendly people. Original owners who bought 20 years ago are now selling to empty nesters, mature singles and families. Country Club is well managed with excellent food, service and holiday events. Sunday buffet is best in Bradenton. Golf course is executive par 3 and well maintained. "
