All windows have blinds & main bedroom & family room have fans. The backyard has nice green grass & attractive green trees to enjoy entertaining friends & family. Treehouse Community Homes does not list properties on Craigslist or Facebook. This home exclusively features additional amenities such as Smart Home Package, Maintenance concierge, & quarterly air filter delivery. Please ask about these extra programs.

No smoking allowed. There is a non-refundable fee for pets in addition to a monthly fee per pet. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Application fee $50 per person 18+ all must contribute to required income amount. All utilities are on. Landlord pays utilities and tenants are charged back for them.
