4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI Should have read these reviews and listen to the people who went there before I moved here. This school is absolutely the worse when it comes to favoritism and definitely do not care as much as they say they do. Bullying is a thing here and everyone here turns the other cheek. I would never wish this school on anyone including my worst enemy,if I had any. Think twice before bringing your kids here to suffer.Parent Review2y ago - Leesville High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSteer clear if your child has an IEP/504. A 3rd grade teacher told me he prioritizes students without IEPs and the administration seems to think it is fine. We have been fight them for 2 months after finding out they "accidentally" removed my daughter from general education and acted like I should understand the mistake. My daughter is massively behind now that she was in pulled into full time special education for the first half of the year. Now she is back in general education, but struggling very badly, and they refuse to do anything to try and fix their "mistake". It has been nothing put heartache and I have watched the joy of school drain from my daughter, and i don't know if anything will ever be able to fix that. If you are military good luck, they make it very clear they only want something to do with us for the money.Parent Review1mo ago - Rosepine High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is perfect from k-12. A perfect nightmare. One of the worst schools I have ever encountered for dealing with Autistic children, they simply don't know what they are doing and do not care to do it. They have made clear Autism isn't welcome here. I am an autism advocate and I can tell you take your kids elsewhere. Bullying and drug use is rampant at this school where "family name" can save you no matter what occurs, for the most part students run the school and can get away with most anything. Sad for the minority that want to learn.Parent Review3y ago - Simpson High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is okay at best, it’s sad that it’s considered one the best in the parish. A whole lot of worksheets education with barely to none hands- on education. They don’t offer any extra curricular activities for the kids. They don’t offer music or art. The kids get burn out quickly at this school. The PTO acts like they’re a exclusive club of mean girls, They have been there for years and are not welcoming to new parents who want to be part of the PTO. I could go on and on. Definitely not impressed with this school and glad we are done with it!Parent Review2y ago - Anacoco Elementary School

"I have everything I need in the area. Don't have to travel far, which is nice if you are on foot. If you call taxi the wait time is not long. If you are driving it doesn't take long to get to where you are going."

"Nothing much. It is a pretty basic community that is more of a place that is infrastructurally stuck in the 60 and 70s"
