Heritage Rose has shown tremendous growth since the reduction of its student population. Last year the campus had 1,300 students and that has been reduced to 750-900. Behaviors, classroom disruptions and discipline have seen a tremendous decline with a intentional emphasis on academic growth. Campus leadership has been open, transparent and tied directly to its community and its partners. The campus has been visited by many district leaders and visited twice by the district Superintendent. HRE is a pillar of the Glandale Lakes community and is fully vested in the community in which it serves

Do not waste your money buying a home in Sienna or nearby neighborhoods Glendale, Caldwell, Southern Colony or Huntington Place. This school, administrators and FBISD should be ashamed for how this campus is ran. There are maybe a handful of teachers who are dedicated to actually teaching instead of just showing up for a paycheck. Bullying and drugs is a serious issue at this campus. As a parent, I can truly say it’s like you are basically sending your child to an unmonitored daycare. There is a mixture of discrimination and racism. For the amount of money we are paying in taxes to the school district things should be top tier with no exceptions. They are a sad case for any child’s future, mental health, special needs etc.

We love this school and are thrilled with the experience our daughter has had here. I’m particularly impressed with the quality of the teachers and the positive, supportive atmosphere throughout the campus. As a multi-sport student-athlete, our daughter has benefited from working with some outstanding coaches who have helped her grow both on and off the field. Additionally, the principal, Dr. Grady provides an inspiring and uplifting presence that truly enhances the school community.
