Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 18, 2024
The Viridian subdivision is a private enclave of just 22 townhomes which share a pool and spa. Built in 2021, with sleek, modern interior design, and located across the street from the Waldorf Astoria hotel at the Canyons. You can enjoy all the conveniences of the hotel, including bar, restaurant, and spa, while retreating to your private townhome. Grab your stored ski gear from your 2-car, attached, garage as you walk a few steps to the Frostwood Gondola to be whisked to the Canyons Village. After a day on the slopes, enjoy the bustle of the Canyons Village, or head back to the peace and quiet of Viridian for a soak in the hot tub. This immaculate, 3-bedroom townhome was never in the rental pool. The primary bedroom has ski resort views, private balcony, a fireplace, beverage refrigerator, and walk-in closet. The en-suite primary bath has a generous soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The open great room includes a cozy fireplace, dining area, and kitchen bar which seats 3. The kitchen includes a Bertazoni oven, beverage refrigerator, and SubZero refrigerator. The epoxy-floored garage has been outfitted for abundant storage, with cubbies, boot dryer, storage cabinets, and both ski and bike holding racks. There is also a sitting bench and direct entrance to a mudroom. The HOA dues include sewer, water, snow removal, and common area insurance and maintenance. Viridian townhomes rarely change hands. This is a rare opportunity to join a private community in one of the Canyon's most coveted locations. Designer furnishings by Barclay Butera configured to comfortably sleep 8 guests are negotiable.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageParley's has imploded this year (2021). Our new principal is incompetent and the losses of support staff and teachers have made most of the school day no better than daycare for our children. Test scores still look ok since the school draws from a base of wealthy kids in the area, but the reality is that the PCSD administration have utterly failed to support the teachers or children at Parley's.Parent Review2y ago - Treasure Mtn Junior High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe administration at this school has set up positive goals and programs that definitely put students first and that are creating a very admirable direction for the school. The principal in particular is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate middle school educators I've ever met. I think this is a great school that is going to keep getting better.Other Review6y ago - Check out schools near 4134 N Cooper Ln #21.
