"Belvidere is a small town. Most people know everyone after awhile. It’s a great place to raise children. Small class sizes so teachers really know the students and their families. "
  • Justin C.
"I would describe my commute as peaceful. it gives you time to unwind after work. unless you get stuck behind a tractor trailer. then the commute is awful. then because the commute is awful people try to pass the trucks and it makes things pretty dangerous. but it's nice when there is none of that. "
  • Trulia User
"I live in this neighborhood. People are friendly, the area is quiet and safe. Beautiful views of mountains and farms. "

"It’s always been peaceful my kids grew up here the schools are great Belvedere is a nice little town even then there’s not a lot of shopping in the area you have to drive 20 minutes for a grocery store."

"Lovely old county town with a lot of history. Victorian Days is a wonderful affair the first weekend in September every year. "
  • Frank V.
"My town is within 20 minutes of two major interstate highways which makes commuting to the New York or Allentown areas easier."
  • Mgrimme
"I live here for over 25 years and people are very friendly when they know you. Rural living a must love. "
  • Katherine J.
"I hate 31. kinda difficult to get to any major highways in the winter. you def need an SUV or 4 wheel drive. "
  • Tanya
"I live in this small town - White Twnsp to be exact. Taxes are not so bad. Air quality is really good, good ole country air. You will wake up to the sounds of good ole natural environment of bugs and birds chirping. Very quiet town, peaceful, veryyyy low crime area - small acts such as theft. Very good school system. There is no transit system for public transport. Low traffic area thank God except for the crazy tailgaters! Deers are a pain in the rare. Restaurants are within driving reach. Overall, I love the area for being quiet and peaceful. Can't stand the loud and messy people who do not care about where they live."
  • David P.
"I have been here since 2000, I find it a comfortable place to live, everyone is kind and respectful of each other."
