1 bedroom for a month to month lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 3 permanent tenants and often a guest or two.

This bedroom has an excellent view of Vallejo, The Waterfront and Napa and Sonoma in the distance. It is approx. 10'x13' with original Oak wood floors, a decent closet and a portable AC unit if you want.

You will be sharing the front/guest bathroom (currently under renovation) with two other tenants. Other shared spaces include a living room, den and kitchen and garage which has the washer and dryer. There is also a back patio with a gazebo and a Weber charcoal BBQ grill and a fairly large backyard.

You will also be sharing the house with my dog, Roxy. She is a Tibetan Spaniel and is the queen of the house. She loves cuddles and treats and is super chill.

All amenities are currently included in the rental price but that may change as utilities charges continue to increase. Included are water, solar/electricity, gas, garbage and high speed internet.

You will be expected to keep your space clean and clean up after yourself in shared spaces. Further house rules will be laid out in the month to month lease.

1st months rent and deposit ($1100+$1100 or prorated+$1100 if move in is other than the 1st) will be due the day you move in. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month.

This is a gay friendly household and I try to maintain a peaceful and respectful yet fun and relaxing atmosphere.

This is a month to month lease. My fur baby, Roxy, is a Tibetan Spaniel and is like a child to me. She must be treated respectfully and with care. She is gentle and laid back most of the time. There is to be no smoking around her at any time with no exception. Fans must be turned on to direct any smoke away from her and she is not allowed to be in the same room or even outside while active smoking is happening. If you do smoke, please pick up after yourself and do not leave butts everywhere. There is absolutely no smoking cigarettes inside the house You may smoke in the front or backyard as long as any nearby windows and/or doors are closed and you use an ashtray of some sort. You are allowed 1 spot in the driveway. No spot is assigned nor guaranteed (but will be available 95%+ of the time. At times a guest may park in the driveway temporarily.
